How to use our Infrared products. If you are using the RTL Series LED, Red Light Therapy we suggest that you start treatment times of between 10-20 minutes per area, not to exceed 20 minutes per area and observe the way your body responds. For specific and targeted use, it's recommended to expose your skin and position yourself approximately 7-12 inches from the light. Depending on your goal or concern, you may use only one wavelength or choose to use them in combination.
When can you except results? Many experience near immediate relief from tension and remedial pain, while others require several days of regular use until the positive impact can be felt.
