Place the Wrap in position on your body, using the adjustable strap as needed.

Choose your desired setting between red, near infrared or both by selecting "ALL".

Power off the Wrap prior to removing.

It is recommended to not use the Wrap for longer than 30 minutes, with a 2 hour wait prior to the next treatment.

The Wrap is not recommended for use on the neck.

Use caution to not use the Wrap under a blanket or pillow due to the possibility of excessive heat.

It is recommended to power off the device after each use.
